Qualifications

  • Experience of managing an NHS Department.
  • Experience of producing management reports.
  • Experience of effective change management.
  • Experience of producing business cases.
  • Experience of analysing financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Operations in all aspects of business and service management.
  • Present data to the Divisional Management Team and explain findings.
  • Identify opportunities for pathway development.
  • Manage Service Improvement Managers and key staff.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comprehensive up to date knowledge of service issues
Ability to prepare complex documents e.g. strategy documents
Ability to speak Welsh

Education

Masters Qualification or equivalent
