Job summary

A senior Operations Manager is sought to lead Integrated Urgent Care in Farnborough. You will drive safe, high-quality patient care, staff engagement and performance, working with the Head of Service and leadership team in a 24/7 setting.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement initiatives across partner sites, working flexibly to meet service demands and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day operational management of integrated urgent care services.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, induction, appraisal and performance management.
• Ensure mandatory training, competencies, and policy compliance.
• Governance: incidents, complaints, and information governance as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational management of the service.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, induction, appraisal, performance management and succession planning.
• Maintain oversight of staffing and rotas for safe service delivery.
• Promote staff engagement and culture of accountability and wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training and organisational policies.
• Support service governance, incidents, complaints and risk management.
• Provide operational reports and drive continuous improvement.
