Job summary

Central London Community Health Trust is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Urgent Care and Walk-in Services team at Finchley Memorial Hospital. In this autonomous role, you will assess and treat patients of all ages, prioritising undifferentiated presentations, mainly minor injuries, within 8am–8pm shifts.

You will work with doctors and ACPs, maintain high standards of care, and occasionally cover other walk-in/urgent care sites as required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of ongoing professional development planning.
• Proven diagnostic and clinical skills for unscheduled care.
• Experience in autonomous assessment and management of minor injuries/illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for injuries and undifferentiated presentations.
