• Experience of working in primary care / OOH / urgent care.
• Maintain up-to-date appraisal and revalidation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely clinical care at our Primary Care Centres.
• Access hospital discharge letters and patient test results.
• Ensure patient referrals for further management.
• Contribute to the training and development of clinical staff.
• Work within local prescribing guidelines.
