Job description

Urgent Care Dentist / York, North Yorkshire / 2-3 days per week

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in York, North Yorkshire to recruit an Urgent Care Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Independent practice.
• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods can be taken into consideration.
• Part-time position, 2-3 days per week.
• Option to add an additional Saturday morning at York and another day at their sister practice in Pontefract.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday 8am-5.15 pm and Saturday 8.30-1pm.
• Dentist will be required to offer Urgent Care Sessions under the NHS.
• Opportunity for 1 session per week managing Band 3 and X-Ray referrals from Therapist.
• Guaranteed day rate with no loss of earnings for failures to attend.
• 14 patients at £36, equating to £504 per day worked.
• 30-minute appointment blocks with no time constraints.
• Opportunity to upsell Private dentistry alongside Urgent Care with a view to adding additional Private days to facilitate.
• Suitable for both newly qualified and more established dentists.
