What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and own all content, marketing and promotional publishing across the EU websites & apps using the CMS and personalisation/optimisation tool.
  • Launch/ lead medium to long term related projects/features including delivery and returns initiatives, payment methods and segmentation strategies amongst others.
  • Oversee all aspects of the online customer journey and identify opportunities to enhance.
  • Deliver seasonal brand updates across devices working collaboratively with multiple teams across the business to ensure campaigns are executed on time and run as smoothly as possible.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on site KPIs that are shared across the wider business.
  • Proactively use data to drive decisions to optimise future activity and work reactively to ensure continued high performance.
  • Responsible for quality assurance testing and analysis of all content and CTAs to ensure that information that is live is accurate to the brief through coordination and validation.
  • Constantly seek to improve team and stakeholder processes to drive efficiency and ensure all go live deadlines are met.
  • Troubleshooting, communicating and/or resolving any issues.
  • Support the Senior Digital Merchandising Manager on wider Digital and Operations projects.
What You’ll Need
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
