Stantec in the UK is seeking an Urban Drainage Modeller to contribute to the delivery of drainage and wastewater modelling projects across multiple UK locations. At Stantec, our Urban Drainage Modelling teams are helping clients understand how their networks perform, identify areas of risk and develop solutions that improve resilience and environmental outcomes.
As an Urban Drainage Modeller, you’ll contribute to the delivery of urban drainage and wastewater modelling projects, working alongside experienced technical leads and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective solutions for our clients.
We’re looking for an Urban Drainage Modeller to join our growing teams across Warrington, Manchester, Birmingham, Derby, Cardiff or Bristol. You’ll work alongside experienced modellers, engineers, environmental specialists and digital experts, gaining exposure to a wide range of projects and technical challenges. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing modelling experience, develop your technical skills and gain exposure to a wide range of projects across the UK water sector.
The modelling work you deliver will help water companies better understand the performance of their wastewater networks and make informed decisions around investment, resilience and environmental performance. Your contribution will support projects addressing challenges such as flooding, storm overflows, water quality and network capacity, helping to deliver better outcomes for communities and the environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from experienced specialists, broaden your technical knowledge and develop the skills needed to progress your career within urban drainage modelling.
