Qualifications
- Working experience in the construction/ architectural industry, from RIBA work stages 1 to 5. Experience of the Education Sector is preferrable
- RIBA accredited Part I and Part II in Architecture (and Part III for registered architects)
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations and national standards.
- Experience with CAD/BIM tools
- Design and Technical review experience
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and masterplan school estates and develop concept designs to RIBA stage 2 as part of a client-side Technical Advisor role through to project completion on site
- Work with the Urban Design team on a broad portfolio of projects across education, residential, regeneration, defence, industry, energy, waste and water
- Contribute to strategic planning, placemaking and architectural consultancy services within Birmingham office
