Job summary

The People Pod is recruiting skilled Window Fitters in Tipton for a full-time PAYE role. You will be responsible for installing and replacing UPVC windows and doors with a focus on professionalism and quality.

In this customer-facing position, you’ll ensure your work standards are high and lead junior fitters when necessary. The company offers a salary of up to £41,600, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, a pension, and company workwear.

Qualifications

• Solid experience fitting windows and doors is essential.
• Ability to measure accurately and make adjustments.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Fit and replace UPVC windows and doors at client sites.
• Remove old units safely and handle repair jobs.
• Support and guide junior fitters where needed.
