We are currently seeking a UPVC Fabricator Team Leader/Supervisor to join our vibrant and fast-paced team in Nottinghamshire (Nottinghamshire, England). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a recognised industry leader and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Hours of Work: Full time Monday to Thursday, 7.00 to 16.00, Friday 7.00 to 13.00

As a UPVC Fabricator Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the UPVC team, manage the cutting and assembling of frames for windows, doors, and other products, and ensure the highest standards of quality. Your role involves using various hand and power tools responsibly while adhering to health and safety regulations. You will also communicate effectively with colleagues and managers, ensuring targets are being achieved, provide training to develop skills across the team, and contribute to continuous improvement within our busy production environment.

UPVC Fabricator Team Leader/Supervisor Requirements:

• Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks
• Attention to detail ensuring precision in work
• Experience managing a team within the manufacturing or UPVC sector
• Strong communication skills for effective team leadership
• Ability to follow health & safety protocols at all times

UPVC Fabricator Team Leader Benefits:

• Salary starting at £15.00 per hour, negotiable depending on experience, plus a £1.00 per hour bonus after 1 month of service
