Tudor Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a skilled UPVC Fabrication Supervisor to join our client’s team in Essington.

Our client specialises in manufacturing UPVC Windows and Doors — from classic casement styles to fully mechanical flush-fit designs.They also offer a wide range of aluminium and UPVC products, catering to both bespoke one-off jobs and large-scale new build projects for trade customers.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in UPVC and Aluminium fabrication is essential
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with aluminium fabrication machinery
• Knowledge of aluminium profiles and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of UPVC fabricators
• Manage workflow across all stages—measuring, cutting, welding, and assembling components
• Ensure all products meet high standards and specifications
• Drive productivity and minimize waste or delays
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
• Support onboarding and skill development of new and existing staff

Working Hours

Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

Salary

£40,000 – Negotiable based on experience

Permanent position

Due to location, own transport or living locally is preferred.
