Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Limited is seeking a Casual Banqueting Bartender for its London property. You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages across luxury banqueting events, delivering professional, warm, and engaging service.

You will work alongside the Banqueting and Culinary teams, ensuring bars are well-stocked, clean and operating smoothly, with a strong knowledge of drinks and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Previous banqueting bartending experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to high standards at banqueting events.
• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Support setup, operation, and breakdown of event bars.
• Keep bars clean, stocked and well-organised during service.
• Collaborate with Banqueting and Culinary teams for seamless events.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and uphold Four Seasons service standards.
