Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is hiring a dedicated Housekeeper at our luxury care and nursing home in Ascot. You’ll uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in residents’ homes and communal spaces, ensuring they are spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.

You’ll also handle laundry to keep linen fresh for residents’ comfort, and help identify fire and accident risks, working with housekeeping and maintenance to minimise safety hazards.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 1 and experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• High standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in residents' homes and communal spaces to a high standard.
• Perform laundry and ensure linen is clean and fresh for residents' comfort and hygiene.
• Identify potential fire and accident risks and work with housekeeping and maintenance to reduce safety hazards.
• Work across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Wellbeing & Lifestyle; responsibilities vary by shift.
