Job summary

TC Facilities Management (TCFM) is seeking an on-site cleaner to join our team in the UK. The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, and professional conduct while maintaining cleanliness across designated areas.

You will follow schedules, operate cleaning equipment safely, and report issues to the line manager or maintenance team. Training is provided, and a supportive team environment is offered with fortnightly pay.

Responsibilities

• Promptly report any identified problems to line manager or maintenance team.
• Work as one team with colleagues and the customer teams.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.

About The Role

TC Facilities Management is currently recruiting for a cleaner to join our on site team.

Job Purpose

• Demonstrate the TC values at all times
• Attend work in company uniform and be clean and presentable at all times
• Clean specific areas according to the schedule and specification and as instructed by my line manager
• Carry out periodical cleaning as directed
• Safely operate machinery within guidelines
• Ensure the cleaning cupboard and equipment is clean and tidy at all times
• Promptly report any identified problems to my line manager or maintenance team
• Work as one team with my colleagues and the customer teams
• Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently
• Respond to enquiries from any customer professionally
• Report to work on time, following all attendance reporting procedures
• Maintain an acceptable attendance standard
• Attend all required training
• Adhere to all company processes, policies and procedures
