Job summary

A leading media company in Greater London is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for its Global Partnerships team. This fixed-term contract will focus on maximizing revenue from unscripted programs in DACH & CEE markets. A successful candidate will demonstrate proven sales experience in content sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for the unscripted television landscape. Qualifications

  • Proven sales record in the international television industry.
  • Expertise in unscripted content and buyer's needs.
  • Existing relationships with key buyers in the DACH & CEE regions.
  • Fluency in a second language is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for unscripted programmes.
  • Nurture relations with key clients including broadcasters and VOD services.
  • Lead negotiations from pitch to contract with an innovative mindset.
  • Identify and expand new business opportunities in the market.
  • Support sales forecasting for the DACH & CEE regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Provide insightful reports on market activities.
