A NHS healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Unscheduled Care Practitioner to deliver urgent care services in North Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will provide clinical care, including telephone triage and diagnosis, while supporting community health initiatives. This role offers a salary range of £47,810 to £54,710 pro rata, with a focus on flexible working arrangements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse/paramedic practitioner to join a team of urgent care practitioners in North Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering urgent care services across the community to provide an integrated service model that reduces waiting times, unnecessary A&E attendance, hospital admission and ambulance conveyances.
