Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants across primary schools in Bridgwater from September 2026.

You will support pupils in learning, work with teachers and small groups, and gain valuable classroom experience through flexible daily supply, short-term placements, or longer-term assignments. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience working with children or young people is essential.
• Experience in a school, childcare, youth work, coaching, tutoring, or care setting is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom activities and learning tasks.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to encourage participation.
