The Unqualified Teacher role will involve delivering pre-planned lessons to vulnerable students aged 11-16 and responding to the pastoral needs of the pupils in a caring and empathetic manner. They have a supportive staff team who effectively share expertise, skills and knowledge and promote an ethos of disciplined behaviour to ensure effective learning.
