Job summary

GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Unqualified Teachers to work on a day-to-day basis at a welcoming school in Leicestershire. This role is ideal for recent graduates or career changers looking to gain hands-on classroom experience and grow within a supportive environment.

Selected candidates will deliver pre-set lessons, support student learning, and adapt to diverse classrooms while upholding safeguarding standards.

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects at the secondary level.

Responsibilities of an Unqualified Teacher:

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be confident, proactive, and adaptable in a classroom setting.
• Demonstrate good behaviour management and organisational skills.
• Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or have one registered on the Update Service).
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
