We are looking for a dedicated Unqualified Nursery Assistant to join a warm and welcoming nursery setting in the Central Oxford / Headington area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Early Years Education who is looking for a consistent contract role within a supportive environment.

About the Role

As an Unqualified Nursery Assistant, you will play a key part in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and leading age‑appropriate activities
  • Promoting positive values and emotional development
  • Assisting with daily routines and ensuring children's wellbeing
  • Working collaboratively with the wider nursery team
