Contract: Full-time or long-term supply

Salary: £95–£120 per day (PAYE)

Got a knack for History, Geography or RE and fancy bringing it to life in the classroom? This Wolverhampton school is looking for someone exactly like you, someone who loves the humanities and wants to make learning feel alive, not just read from a textbook.

You don’t need QTS for this one, just confidence in your subject, strong communication, and the kind of presence that helps pupils stay focused and curious.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering pre-planned Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Supporting pupils with classwork and building their understanding
• Creating a calm, positive atmosphere where students feel safe to learn
• Working closely with the department to keep lessons running smoothly
• Bringing your own spark and personal interests into the subject

What the school is looking for

• A genuine interest in Humanities subjects
• Someone confident leading a classroom, even without QTS
• Patience, resilience and a good sense of humour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
