Job summary

Remedy Education are recruiting a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school in South East London. This role offers an excellent pathway for graduates considering a future career in teaching and wanting hands-on classroom experience.

You will support KS3/KS4 pupils across subjects, provide 1:1 and small group interventions, and assist teachers with lesson delivery and management while supporting pupils with SEN needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in any subject and a genuine interest in education or teaching.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive, resilient and capable of building relationships with students.

Responsibilities

Location: South East London

Pay: £95 - £115 per day

Start: ASAP / September start available

Contract: Full-time, term time only

• Is resilient and able to work in a fast-paced school environment
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
