A leading healthcare provider in West Yorkshire is seeking a Unit Manager (Non Clinical) to oversee care delivery and ensure compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 3 or above in care and experience in team management. Qualifications

You’ll help us make health happen by :

You will be responsible for the 24 / 7 delivery of high quality care to residents and be a visible leader in the home driving the operation and growth of a 24 hour business with continual focus on people customers and results.

You will ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care in accordance with Bupas Vision Mission and values.

You will ensure the implementation of all Bupas detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.

You will ensure effective management of all staff costs associated with budgets and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.

Key skills / Qualifications needed for this role :
  • NVQ level 3 or above within Care.
  • Experience of effective team management.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good time management skills ability to prioritise and organise workload appropriately
  • Experience of IT systems ie. Word excel and outlook
