Job Description
Unique Asset Management

Unique Asset Management (UAM’s) represents Argent, the Division, and AFCS in the community and marketplace. Unique Asset Management will be assigned to handle all asset maintains. Unique Asset Management will be assigned to maintain Real Estate, Closely Held CUSIPs updates in the UA database. Unique Asset Management may work with other departments with audits, Compliance and Middle Office, cooperatively delivering all elements of service necessary for retention and growth. Unique Asset Management will interact with various software platforms.

Essential Duties
  • Respond to Tickets submitted with ticket system
  • Scheduling new assets and asset Maintenance
  • Delivering assets, pricing inquiries and other related activities
  • Maintain and update Unique Asset file
  • Maintain the Real Estate and closely held CUSIPS updates
  • Maintain accurate and current records in the UA Database
  • Monitor tickets on various programs- Director Link, Addvantage, Five Brothers, ITM, SES and TEMS
  • Prepare and submit report UA Log Committee, Remediation Committee and Loans Committee
  • Prepare monthly report Premium due, Past due and/or Mature Notes
  • Attend and be engaged in schedule TAC meetings
  • Assisted any department when assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills
  • Acquired knowledge in tax, accounting, investment, trust administration, operations, governing law, industry insight and familiarity
  • Relevant undergraduate academic achievement or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding the importance of discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Following firm policies and regulatory requirements
  • Strong data entry, document review and transaction processing
  • Organize files digital and paperwork for compliance and operational efficiency
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with industry specific platforms – ADDvantage, Directors Link, Five Brothers, ITM, SES, TEMS a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or some college , work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
