Our Unilever Industrial Placement (IP) Programme is designed for students who are completing a year in industry as part of their degree studies. In the UK, our IP programme is a 12‑month development scheme, for which we recruit top‑performing undergraduate talent, with fresh ideas who are eager to gain exposure to real‑world challenges. All new joiners are given real responsibility from day one and have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business. Alongside this, they receive one‑to‑one mentoring and support to aid their development and help them achieve their goals. THE ROLE

The Legal Industrial Placement Student is an integral part of the Unilever Global Business Integrity team, working on impactful projects that contribute to the integrity of the business globally. The Legal IP Student will gain hands‑on experience and learn on the job with real responsibilities. The successful applicant will be motivated to learn about business integrity in a leading FMCG company and ready to work across geographies in a global role.

What could your day‑to‑day role include?

• Assist in the development and implementation of business integrity policies and procedures.
• Participate in the deployment of the annual Business Integrity training program globally.
• Aid Business Integrity Officers in managing and resolving integrity‑related cases.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with Unilever's Code of Business Principles and other relevant regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business integrity practices within Unilever.

Location: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days required weekly at our Kingston office.
