AIG invites graduates to join our Underwriting Early Career Programme in London, developing skills across Property, Casualty, Cyber, and more. You will work within diverse teams, gain on-the-job experience, and complete a recognised qualification in Insurance while contributing to real underwriting decisions.

From day one, you will be mentored by senior leaders, attend masterclasses, and network across the organisation to build a rewarding career in a global market leading insurer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than July 2027.
• Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector.
• Evidence of extra-curricular activities.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting new and renewal business to help drive the profitable growth of the business line.
• Support with assessing the desirability of risk.
• Build relationships with brokers by networking and attending broker events.
• Deliver excellent service to brokers.
• Support with creating monthly management information, including submissions, bind rate, average premium, and total premium.
