Underwriters – Farm/Agri & Motor - UK-Wide (Remote/Hybrid options available) - £34,000 – £45,000 (Basic) + Great Benefits Package and a great company culture!

The Job

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end account management of broker and client portfolios. This includes:

• Assessing and underwriting new and renewal business
• Building strong relationships with brokers and partners across the UK
• Making sound, profitable decisions in line with underwriting strategy
• Supporting business development through excellent service and risk insight
• Providing technical input and collaborating with internal teams

We\'re recruiting 4 experienced Underwriters to join a growing commercial lines underwriting team:

• 2 roles focused on Farm & Agricultural risks
• 2 roles focused on Motor risks (Commercial & Private)

The Candidate

• Previous experience in commercial underwriting, ideally in farm/agri or motor insurance
• Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills
• Confidence in managing key accounts and broker relationships
• A collaborative, organised approach with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant products, policy wordings, and pricing frameworks
