As an Underwriter Surety based in London, you will be an integral part of our growing Surety Europe team, connecting analytical insight with hands‑on client management. You will work closely with corporates and brokers across the UK, Ireland and internationally, balancing risk underwriting with client‑facing responsibilities. For London, the annual base salary range for this position is GBP 63 000 – 95 000 for a full‑time role. The specific salary offered considers the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, as well as the applicant’s profile including education, expertise and experience. In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance‑based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements.
