Job Title: Undergraduate Weapon Systems Project Manager

Location: Barrow (Cumbria)

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4-5 days per week.

Salary: £24,300

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of BAE Systems Platforms and Services, Weapon Systems designs, manufactures and supports artillery systems, naval guns, and provides engineering capability. We are looking for innovation, commitment and drive to help define the future of Weapon Systems capabilities.

In This Role You Will
  • Assist with a wide variety of tasks for example controlling budgets and expenditure.
  • Be involved with reporting, decision making and covering the governance of change within projects.
  • Manage project progress, identify emerging issues and trend, fulfilling contractual requirements and interfacing with our customers.
  • Be involved in reviewing performance, analysing risks and informing decisions to optimise project success.
