Pfizer UK Undergraduate Programme 2027/2028 invites you to join the Global Public-Private Partnerships GP3 Discovery Network within Preclinical and Translational Sciences. You will support project management and communications across multiple teams, gaining exposure to how external partners help move science toward patients.
Placements start September 2027 and run for 12 months. Applicants must be completing a degree placement at a UK university and must apply via the Pfizer Placement

Applicants must be completing a placement as part of a degree course at a UK University, either through Year in Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year.

GP3 works across Pfizer departments globally to line up the best colleagues to work with external partners on the most stimulating scientific topics. This is a great opportunity to get involved and work with this highly skilled team to learn how to manage multiple, super interesting scientific projects, work with many interesting internal and external colleagues, knowing you are helping to develop science and make breakthroughs for patients.
During your year you can expect to develop key skills useful in any office environment. You will learn project management skills that will help you manage multiple projects, with multiple colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to work with other pharma companies and the EC. There will be some overseas travel.
This role will give you the opportunity to enjoy working as part of a global team, with flexible working. You will work in the hub of the organization across many departments from research, clinical, digital and commercial; all these teams participate in the projects. The projects are varied and therefore you’ll build up your skills in project management, communication and operations. You will have access to a variety of learning and development experiences both through on-the job but also through your project work and training courses. You will be able to attend conferences and participate in team events. You will receive a competitive salary along with benefits including 25.5 days annual leave.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise. Placements will start in September 2027 and will run for 12 months.
