A leading automotive company in the UK is seeking a Digital E-commerce Administrator to support their online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, have excellent data handling skills, and be familiar with digital marketing. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, suitable for enthusiastic individuals eager to contribute to innovative projects.
At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
Honda’s UK Automobile operations is a Direct-to-Consumer business that gives our customers the choice in how they wish to purchase their vehicle. This can be at Retailer, order online or an omnichannel approach. This route to market launched in October 2025, across all new model sales, and this role will support the Data & Digital Commerce department in the development and delivery of many operational activities to help drive the commercial objective of maximising profitable volume of sales.
As a Digital E-commerce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the digital operations of our online automotive sales. This role is ideal for an undergraduate student looking to gain hands‑on experience in ecommerce management, digital marketing and online customer engagement. The role will support the overall customer digital journey and be the owner of administrative duties within the Data and Digital Commerce team.
