Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking ambitious sales professionals in the UK to join our team as Business Development Representatives. You’ll visit customers at home or use our remote selling framework, following up warm leads and presenting our products with confidence.

You’ll need strong communication, self-motivation and a customer-first approach to drive quotes to sales; full UK driving licence and own car are required. Excellent earning potential with uncapped bonuses awaits.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!).
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or using our new remote selling framework.
• Give persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about the products and services offered, cross-selling where appropriate.
• Work with customers to meet their unique requirements and ensure delivery right first time.
