Job summary

Diagnosticworld is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support sonographers and deliver patient care in community Health Centres across the UK. A valid driving license and car access are essential to travel between sites. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

You will assist with ultrasound sessions, transport equipment, and support aftercare, while helping maintain safety, data protection, and cleanliness throughout clinics.

Responsibilities

• Transport the portable ultrasound scanner and equipment between practices
• Assist Sonographers and act as a Chaperone during clinics
• Provide aftercare for patients following scanning procedures
• Assist the sonographer with cleaning requirements
• Ensure clinic rooms are clean and set up as at the start of clinic
• Maintain inventory of disposables and replenish with Clinic Manager
