Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead marine and fit-out projects across the UK. You will plan, coordinate and manage all resources to deliver safely, on schedule, within budget and to high standards of quality for client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, commercial awareness and stakeholder management to deliver complex projects. UK-wide travel is required; full-time, permanent position with Operations department support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, fit-out, infrastructure or marine projects from inception to completion.
• Strong project planning, organisational, and programme management skills.
• Demonstrable leadership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commercially astute with budget control experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project programmes and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery in line with client specs, contracts and quality standards.
• Coordinate activities for seamless end-to-end project execution.
• Manage teams, subcontractors, labour, plant, materials and suppliers.
• Maintain robust site administration and up-to-date project information.
• Develop and control budgets; review CVRs and performance data for value.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Set objectives, mentor site personnel, and promote high performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.
