Job summary

Beautylish, Inc. is expanding its UK warehouse with the UK Operations Manager reporting line. This Warehouse Associate role requires a hands-on learner who will hand-pick, inspect, and pack orders while meeting efficiency KPIs.

The ideal candidate has ecommerce warehouse experience, English fluency, and is 18+ with right to work in the UK. Training is provided, with full-time hours 9am-5pm, occasional overtime and weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce warehouse environments.
• Forklift experience preferred; training provided for right candidate.
• Working knowledge of Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets.
• English fluency in verbal and written form.
• Must be 18+ with Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Hand-pick items from inventory with accuracy.
• Inspect and package orders for shipment.
• Fold, prepare and assemble shipping materials.
• Meet hourly and daily goals for accuracy and efficiency.
• Prep and palletize outbound shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and count incoming inventory.
• Move pallets using stand-up forklift or pallet jack.
• Restock products to pick bins as needed.
• Participate in inventory organization and maintenance.
• Help keep the fulfillment center clean and safe.
