Job summary

Hoxton Tax in the United Kingdom is hiring a Tax Director – UK/US Private Client Taxation to establish and lead a new UK/US offering. You will work with the Head of Tax to shape standards, processes, and the client proposition, building a high‑caliber team and delivering joined‑up UK/US tax advice for international clients.

The role focuses on private clients and trusts, including complex cross-border planning, reporting, and compliance, with significant leadership responsibility and business

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA required.
• ATT or CTA certification preferred.
• Significant experience advising high-net-worth individuals and internationally mobile clients on UK/US cross-border tax matters.
• Strong knowledge of both UK and US individual taxation.
• Experience delivering UK and US tax compliance and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Hoxton Tax's UK/US private client tax offering.
• Oversee UK/US tax compliance and advisory work for private clients and trusts.
• Manage complex cross-border client relationships and provide commercially focused advice.
• Develop processes, standards, and quality controls for the new UK/US service.
