What You'll Do
  • Manage Procurement Portals: Monitor portals, onboard new frameworks, and retrieve tender packs.
  • Support Client Onboarding: Handle requirements for new clients and maintain accurate records.
  • Scout Opportunities: Collaborate with Business Development to qualify potential bids.
  • Coordinate Tender Submissions: Assist with multiple bids and manage specific requirements independently.
  • Ensure Compliance: Review documents to meet client and company standards, resolving risks early.
  • Organise Documentation: Maintain clear, consistent proposal files and adhere to retention policies.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Capture feedback, track performance, and build a library of best practices.
What We're Looking For

Experience in commercial, bid, or business development (3+ years preferred).

Knowledge of UK public sector procurement rules and tender processes.

Strong planning, time management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Dynamics and MS Teams.

Ability to work collaboratively across international teams and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable:

  • APMP Foundation certification.
  • Familiarity with the Shipley process.
  • Background in engineering or technical services.
