LKQ Euro Car Parts is seeking a Technical Braking Specialist to represent the PAGID brand across the UK. You will work closely with branch networks and independent workshops, providing expert brake guidance, solving installation issues, and promoting best practices to improve customer outcomes.

The role requires strong braking expertise, field-based travel across the UK, and the ability to train workshop teams while driving brand awareness and product conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive aftermarket or workshop experience within braking systems.
• Solid understanding of vehicle brake diagnosis, installation, and best practice procedures.
• Experience supporting customers, technicians, or automotive sales teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage workshop owners and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and problem-solving guidance for brake component installation and fitment issues.
• Collaborate with the LKQ Euro Car Parts Branch Network to increase PAGID brand awareness and drive product conversion.
• Build strong relationships with workshop owners, technicians, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver practical advice on braking best practices to improve first-time fit rates and reduce warranty claims, customer complaints, and product returns.
• Promote the safety, quality, performance, and OE heritage of the PAGID brand.
• Conduct direct workshop visits to support customers and enhance the braking offer.
• Train and coach branch sales teams to improve product knowledge of braking markets.
• Collaborate with the Concept Sales Team to identify and develop specialist braking workshops.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide feedback to product management.
