RINA is currently recruiting for a UK Talent Recruiter to join its office in Leatherhead within the Global Human Resources Division.

What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment Delivery

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract roles.

Craft compelling job adverts via SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Conduct remote and in-person interviews.

Collaborate with hiring managers to shape role requirements.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

Lead campaigns for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and support cross-functional growth.

Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and external recruiters.

Coordinate onboarding and requisition approvals.

Join planning meetings and townhalls to align with UK-wide hiring strategies.

Compliance & Documentation

Keep records up to date in SharePoint and internal systems.

Ensure GDPR and audit compliance across all recruitment activities.

What You'll Bring

Proven recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, consulting, or technical sectors.

Solid understanding of UK employment practices.
