About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for aUK Supply Plannerto be part of our vibrant, founder‑led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast‑paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

As the UK Supply Planner you will be responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end supply planning process to ensure product availability and optimise inventory levels for part of the UK range, as well as supporting the successful delivery of new product launches. You will work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain a robust and agile supply chain.

Supply Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain supply plans to achieve a consistent availability target of 98.5% for the UK product portfolio.
  • Monitor and manage supply constraints, lead times, and production schedules.
  • Anticipate stock issues to help manage risks and proactively flag to internal teams.
  • Analyse all availability issues and implement steps to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to review and manage orders to International, Wholesale and National accounts.
Supplier & Manufacturing Coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers in the UK and around the world to place and track orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Track and resolve supply delays, shortages, and quality issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to improve responsiveness and reliability.
Product Lifecycle Support
  • Coordinate supply planning for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and product transitions.
  • Manage phase‑in/phase‑out strategies to minimise obsolete inventory around packaging and formula updates.
Systems & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate supply data in Netsuite and planning systems
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track supply performance and KPIs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Build relationships with internal teams (e.g., ecommerce, marketing, sales, warehouse) and external partners.

Participate in supply review meetings and contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning processes.

About you
  • 2+ years of experience in supply planning, ideally within the beauty, FMCG, or retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and planning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in ERP and planning tools.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
