Smart Move Education Group is seeking an experienced Student Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in student recruitment, particularly working with UK Home Students, and a strong understanding of the UK higher education sector.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in student recruitment or related higher education role.
• Experience recruiting UK Home Students.
• Understanding of UK higher education system and admissions processes.
• Experience managing students through full application and enrolment journey.
• Excellent organisational and follow-up abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and advise prospective UK Home Students.
• Conduct student consultations and assess academic backgrounds and study objectives.
• Recommend suitable universities and courses based on eligibility and goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from enquiry to enrolment.
• Provide guidance on entry requirements and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
• Convert enquiries into applications.
• Monitor application progress and maintain records.
• Build relationships with students, universities and internal teams.
• Work toward recruitment targets.
• Stay updated on UK universities and admissions developments.
• Support recruitment events and open days.
