Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling water hygiene contracts (ACoP L8 HTM 04-01 HSG274).
  • Strong sector network in FM, healthcare, education, or commercial property.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and motivated by uncapped rewards.
  • Confident winning new business and managing tenders/frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Win and develop new recurring revenue contracts across water hygiene and legionella compliance.
  • Work with high-profile clients across healthcare, education, FM, and commercial property.
  • Get involved in tenders, frameworks, and key account development.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Initial sole contributor role with scope to build and lead a sales team.

The Package

Basic salary : DOE

Car allowance : 450 p / m
