Job description

As an Associate within the Regulatory Reporting Change Management and Controls team, you will support the management of a large book of work, focusing on operational efficiency, data analysis and project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and tracking a large portfolio of items as part of strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Use Jira for project tracking, issue management and workflow documentation. Preferably able to create and update boards, manage tasks and generate reports
• Build and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate data processes and visualise them in Tableau
• Work effectively with a large, diverse group of stakeholders across multiple regions, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring alignment on project goals
• Identify and suggest opportunities for operational efficiency and best practices
• Prepare regular status updates, dashboards and analytical insights for management
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Join the team, bringing your extensive experience using Jira, strong organizational skills, and a background or interest in finance. You will be part of the Regulatory Controllers within Finance and Business Management and the book of work is related to Capital and Financial Reporting in the UK and EMEA region. Relevant experience managing or supporting multiple projects, ideally within financial services or consulting.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Educated to undergraduate degree level
• Prior experience or understanding of finance or banking operations, particularly Capital Reporting
• Familiarity with other data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)
