Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Associate / Manager, Regulatory Compliance, UK to lead regulatory engagement and maintain UK licensing responsibilities from our London office. You’ll coordinate with regulators, product teams and the 2LOD to ensure compliant operations and timely regulatory filings.

You will analyze new and existing products, guide business processes to meet UK laws and FCA rules, and collaborate across the EMEA Regulatory Compliance Team to manage risk, enable growth, and uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in regulatory compliance, finance, law or related field.
• Strong understanding of UK FCA rules and financial regulation.
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive regulatory implications.
• Experience in building or improving a compliance program.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory engagement strategy for the UK operation.
• Coordinate licensing, reporting and compliance with regulators.
• Manage regulatory examinations, inspections and audits.
• Advise on conduct risk, Consumer Duty and ethics in financial services.
