Title: UK Regional Patent Support Manager

Location: UK Any

The Position

As the UK Regional Patent Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the client administration function (Patents) across defined UK areas. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of excellent client service by implementing consistent, efficient, and effective processes across the firm’s UK-based locations. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including Group Heads, Office Heads, IT, Learning, and other business support functions, to align processes, optimize efficiency, and enhance service quality. This role involves managing and developing a team, promoting a culture that reflects HGF’s values of People, Excellence, Teamwork, and Progressive, and ensuring effective talent development and continuous professional development for both yourself and your team members.

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role, with an in-depth understanding of patent support processes and procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with a track record of fostering a positive and productive work environment. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, are also required.
