Job summary

Mastek Limited is expanding its Oracle EPM capability in the UK to support Local Government, Councils and Higher Education institutions adopting Oracle Cloud EPM. We seek a client-facing Solution Architect with deep EPM expertise to lead high-impact transformation programmes.

This is a hands-on, client-facing architecture role owning end-to-end design from requirements to go-live, and acting as the senior EPM authority in front of finance directors and university CFOs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EPM experience with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM modules: Planning (EPBCS), FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting.
• UK Local Government or Higher Education EPM implementations (2 full lifecycles).
• Integrations between EPM and Oracle Cloud ERP or 3rd-party finance systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo BPSS/SC clearance.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (Planning, FCCS, or equivalent).
• Experience with Big 4 or UK public sector delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of OneStream or Anaplan is a plus.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks (G-Cloud).
• Exposure to AI-led EPM enhancements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Cloud EPM implementations.
• Translate public sector finance requirements into Oracle EPM solutions.
• Design integrations between Oracle EPM and source systems.
• Define data models, metadata, business rules and security frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews, design authority sign-offs and quality gates.
• Engage senior clients—finance directors, S151 Officers, CFOs, IT executives.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants; support pre-sales activities.
