Job summary

SailPoint in the United Kingdom is seeking a Principal Agentic Technologist to lead the field for Agentic and Non-Human Identity security. You will drive PoV engagements, craft the technical narrative, and demonstrate how AI agents scale securely for UK enterprises.

As the UK lead, you will evangelize with partners and product teams, translating complex AI concepts into measurable business value for CISOs and senior stakeholders, while shaping the regional technology agenda.

Qualifications

Hands-on Agentic AI experience with frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and building configuring agents.
Cloud AI platforms experience (AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI).
Deep familiarity with securing non-human identities (service accounts, API keys, machine identities).
Strong IGA/IAM knowledge including Just-in-Time access and least privilege.
Ability to explain value to executives and dive deep for engineers.

Responsibilities

Pioneer the Identity Story in the UK and build technical assets showing secure AI agents and NHIs at scale.
Lead strategic engagements from discovery to PoV and bespoke demonstrations.
Act as the SME for Agentic AI and Non-Human Identity security in the region.
Enable partners with scaled enablement programs and technical knowledge.
Influence product roadmap with field feedback and security-focused insights.
