What you would do as our UK Portfolio Manager

As a UK Portfolio Manager at Traka you will be crucial in shaping the new face of the Project Managers team implementing process improvements within the department and dependent functions. Reporting to the UK Head of Engineering Operations & Project Management you will be responsible for maintaining consistent delivery of on-time and on-budget projects within the team. This is a remote job within the UK.5

You would also :

Lead and oversee the successful delivery of customer projects across the UK portfolio ensuring alignment with budget timelines and quality standards.

Evaluate and prioritize projects based on strategic value risk cost and resource availability to maximize business impact.

Coach and support Project Managers fostering talent development and ensuring consistent adoption of best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and other teams to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Monitor project governance and financial performance providing clear reporting and acting as a key escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.

Strong background in overseeing project budgets and understanding key commercial drivers.

Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
