You will shape strategies, own campaigns, and collaborate with planning specialists, investment teams and client stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll present clear recommendations, guide junior team members, and help enhance planning processes while contributing to a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in UK cross-channel media planning.
• Ability to interpret data and audience insights to develop clear, compelling recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach with clients, colleagues and external partners.
• Interest in entertainment, media and pop culture; experience with entertainment clients is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective, insight-led cross-channel media strategies grounded in audience understanding and clear commercial objectives.
• Lead medium-to-large campaigns from brief through activation, optimisation and post-campaign analysis.
• Create high-quality presentations, media recommendations, campaign plans and performance reports.
• Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders as a trusted media planning expert.
• Collaborate with investment teams, media partners and internal specialists to deliver campaigns accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and share best practice.
