As Planning Director on Entain (6 month FTC), you’ll set the direction for integrated media planning and steer campaigns from ambition to impact. You’ll translate business goals into clear planning strategies, orchestrate execution across channels and optimise continuously to deliver measurable outcomes that matter.

What you’ll do
  • Design data‑driven plans across digital, traditional and emerging channels, aligned to client KPIs and growth objectives
  • Be a trusted lead partner — building strong relationships with client stakeholders and media partners and representing the client within PHD’s cross‑functional teams
  • Make effectiveness unmistakable — set clear success measures, present performance narratives and turn results into actionable recommendations
  • Optimise relentlessly — oversee in‑flight performance, deliver robust post‑campaign analysis and codify learnings for future plans
  • Grow people and craft — mentor a high‑performing team, delegate effectively and foster an open, collaborative environment
  • Stay ahead of the curve — leverage market intelligence, audience insights and emerging tech (including AI and automation) to elevate creativity, efficiency and results
About you

You combine breadth of channel knowledge with sharp strategic judgement. You’re comfortable interrogating responses from investment teams and partners, confident using data to inform decisions and skilled at turning complex information into clear, compelling stories. You empower those around you, focus teams on what matters most and stay curious about new platforms and technologies that can advance performance.
